SPORTS PHYSIO, MANUAL PHYSIO, REHAB PHYSIO, OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH PHYSIO
Gabriel is a CORU-registered Chartered Physiotherapist who specialises in the assessment and rehabilitation of sports injuries and orthopaedic conditions. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Sports Rehabilitation and Strength & Conditioning, and his clinical experience spans musculoskeletal and neurological outpatient care, private hospital inpatient and post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation, and elite sport. He has worked with high-performance athletes across Olympic swimming, water polo and professional football, including a period with Sporting Clube de Portugal.
His main areas of practice include sports injuries, post-surgical and post-operative rehabilitation (including ACL reconstruction and shoulder, hip and knee surgery), tendon and overuse injuries, running and gym-related complaints, and persistent neck and back pain.
Gabriel combines hands-on treatment with evidence-based exercise and strength and conditioning to guide a safe, measurable return to sport and daily activity. Whether you are recovering from surgery, managing a recent sports injury, or working towards a return to training and competition, Gabriel offers tailored, goal-focused physiotherapy for patients of all activity levels.
Outside the clinic, Gabriel is rarely still. He trains hard across weight training, boulder climbing, hiking and running, and holds a 1st Dan black belt in Taekwondo. He's also a DJ, so there's usually a set of decks and headphones somewhere in the picture, and a keen reader who always has a book on the go.
